Available position(s):
1. OPERATION CUM WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE (BASED IN MELAKA OFFICE) INTERESTED CANDIDATES MAY SUBMIT RESUME TO CAREERS@POPLOOK.COM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall warehouse operations and inventory management to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Responsible for warehouse Bin number management
- To ensure physical inventory tally with the system inventory
- To ensure the arrangement of stock is as per specification in the warehouse layout, perform & maintain 5S activity as well as keeping warehouse clean
- Responsible for loading/ unloading of goods at the loading bay
- Assist in fulfilment process for the Transfer Orders and Sales Orders.
- Assist to process the customer returned items, sponsorship and loan
- Assist in cancellation of pending payment order
- To carry out stock take and stocks replenishment, reconcile and justify discrepancies between counted quantity and system quantities
- Establishes, follows and enforces safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment & legal requirements
- Performs other related administrative duties as required by other sections in Warehouse and Back End operations.
Requirements:
- Preferable male candidate
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse/ operations management, preferably from fashion retail & warehouse distribution background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications & Internet Applications.
- Knowledge of ERP system is an added advantage (Oracle, SAP, BAAN)
- Knowledge of tech hardware such as printer is an added advantage too
- Ability to follow instructions well
- Possess good command of both written & spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently, responsible, trustworthy and well organized.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
2. SALES ASSISTANTS (BASED IN KL EAST MALL) INTERESTED CANDIDATES MAY CONTACT TO BOUTIQUE MANAGER AT 017-2191282 OR SUBMIT RESUME TO CAREERS@POPLOOK.COM
Responsibilities:
- To carry out all aspects of retail outlet operations including sales, inventory & customer service.
- Assist customers to find products they are looking for in the shop and make the customer aware of any special offers or promotions available.
- Ensure proper stock control, receiving of goods and cashiering.
- Prepare and display merchandise with proper POP cards and designated shelves in an attractive manner.
- Updating prices, product labelling , merchandising and housekeeping of display counters
- Ensure that all merchandise has proper and clean price tags.
- Arrange fixtures and report accordingly if found lighting failures, merchandise breakage or defects.
- Identify fast selling items and advise Superior on necessary of special display.
- Ensure sufficient stocks of wrapping papers, bags, sales stationery and forms for internal use.
- Be aware of what all the customers in the shop are doing, to guard against shoplifting.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Required language(s): fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 1 year of working experience in retail line.
- Computer literate will be added advantage (knowledge in Microsoft Office).
- Dynamic, aggressive and sales-oriented.
- Possess a pleasant and friendly personality.
- Customer focused and enjoys interacting with people.
- Effective team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work on weekend and public holiday.
- Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
